Her accomplished background as an executive in the luxury resort and club industry—followed by a decade as the Director of New Homes & Condominiums at one of the region’s leading real estate brokerage firms – has given her unique insight into the mindset of today’s high-value home buyers and a front-row seat into the world of new construction development. Over the years, Amy has worked with many luxury developers and has mastered the art of efficiently moving a community through the design, construction, marketing and sales process—from first concept to final sale. From 2014 -2016, as the Broker/Owner of Property Perspectives Group, she closed over $120 million in new development sales, at Aria Longboat Key and Echelon on Palm, a figure that in 2016 catapulted her into the #1 position for average sale price, at $3.9 million and the #3 position for volume production throughout the entire Sarasota-Manatee MLS; and solidified her reputation as the Gulf Coast’s go-to expert for guidance in developing, marketing and selling the finest new communities.
Now, as a member of the Ocean Real Estate team and sales representative for Seaward Development, Drake oversees the sales and marketing of 7 One One Palm and EPOCH, two of Sarasota’s most desirable new downtown communities.
